    Dear Fellow Precinct 3 Resident:

As your Webb County Commissioner for several years, I have fought hard to bring projects and services that our community deserves. Some of the projects I have worked on are highlighted under the projects link on this website. Please take a moment to look around. In the coming months I’ll be outlining all the things we have done together to make our precinct even a better place to live and grow.

In order to continue serving your needs, I have devised a survey that includes five major areas that affect Precinct 3: Safety, Health, Environment, Recreation, and Transportation Infrastructure. Your thoughts and feelings are very important to me. I get my best ideas from your input! Please take the time to fill this survey out so I can better serve you and your family. The survey itself is anonymous, and I have included a place at the end of the survey where you can write a comment or suggestion.
